Refund Policy

Completed sales are final. Contact our shop if you need to discuss a return or a problem with your order.

Introduction

  • Thank you for shopping at Vinsir (vinsir.com). This Refund Policy explains how we handle refunds and returns. Please read it carefully before you complete a purchase.

All sales are final

  • Once your payment has been successfully completed and your order is confirmed, fulfilled, collected, or delivered as agreed, the sale is final.
  • We do not provide refunds for change of mind, wrong product choice, compatibility issues, or buyer’s remorse after the sale is complete.

Contact the shop before any return

  • If you have questions about returns, exchanges, or whether your situation may qualify for a repair, replacement, or refund, you must contact us first.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items

  • If you believe your item is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately with your order number and, where possible, photos or other evidence.
  • If we confirm the issue and it falls within what we can reasonably address, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with manufacturer policies and applicable law. This is assessed case by case.

Non-returnable and non-refundable items

  • Unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, the following are typically not eligible for return or refund:
  • • Gift cards and store credit
  • • Digital goods, software, or licence keys after delivery or activation
  • • Personalised, custom, or special-order items
  • • Items that are not in original, resalable condition, or that show damage or use after you received them (except where defective on arrival as we confirm)

Approved refunds (where applicable)

  • Only where we have expressly approved a refund will we process it to your original payment method where possible.
  • For PayHere card or bank payments, refunds are handled through PayHere back to the original card or account. Processing often takes 7–14 business days; your bank may take additional time to show the credit.
