Please read these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy before using vinsir.com or completing a purchase.
1. Acceptance of terms
- By accessing vinsir.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy as published on this website.
- If you do not agree, do not use our website or services. We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Products & pricing
- Prices are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Prices and availability may change without notice. The price confirmed when you place your order applies to that order, subject to correction of obvious errors.
- Product images and descriptions are for guidance; minor variations in colour or packaging may occur.
- If we discover a significant error in price or description, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
3. Orders & availability
- An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline orders, for example due to stock, suspected fraud, or errors.
- You will receive confirmation when your order is accepted. For Limited Stock items, confirmation may follow direct contact with our team.
4. Payment
- We accept online payments through PayHere (Visa, Mastercard, and local cards as supported). By paying online you agree to PayHere’s applicable terms.
- Vinsir does not store your full card details; payment data is handled by PayHere.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available in selected areas - contact us to confirm.
- Transactions are in LKR. Your bank may charge conversion or other fees; Vinsir is not responsible for those.
5. Delivery & collection
- We arrange delivery and in-store collection where offered. Timeframes and any charges depend on your location, product size, and courier availability.
- Delivery dates are estimates only. Risk of loss for goods passes to you when you or your nominee receive the goods, or as otherwise agreed.

6. Sales final; returns & refunds
- Our Refund Policy at https://www.vinsir.com/refund-policy applies in full. In summary: completed sales are final; we do not refund for change of mind.
- You must contact our shop before returning any item. Unsolicited returns may be refused. Limited exceptions (such as confirmed defects or our error) are handled as described in the Refund Policy.
- Where we approve a refund to a PayHere payment, it is processed back to the original card or account via PayHere’s process.
7. Warranty
- Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty as stated on the product page.
- Warranty service is generally provided by the brand’s authorised service centre in Sri Lanka unless we specify otherwise.
8. Intellectual property
- Content on vinsir.com (text, images, logos, layouts) is owned by Vinsir or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vinsir’s liability relating to any order is limited to the amount you paid for the affected product(s).
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss except where such exclusion is not allowed by law.
10. Governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Courts in Sri Lanka have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
